After two years research, we invented Ti all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes with the help Yin Zhiqiang the inventor of Solar vacuum tube. (Patent number: 200810159261.2)

Main feature of Ti tubes 

Longer life time:

The coating of tube adopted double-resistance diffusion layer, it can project interior absorption layer and the structure of film cannot change. High Melting point of Ti is used to be the coating material; it has the advantage of high strength, stand fire, corrosion resistance, etc.

High absorptive:

The new coating broadened solar selective absorbing coating to absorb the ultraviolet visible. It selective absorb the strongest wave-length of solar energy, the absorption of collector tube can reached 96%.

Low emission:

The structure of the film added the gold bottom layer. It cans effective resolve the rise of emission because metal bottom layer is oxidized.

High transmission:  

The outer tube adopts plasma antireflection layer; the transmission of out tube can be increased 6%.

High-temperature:

 the coating can resist to high temperature. It can work between 100 and 160 degree; the aging resistance can be increased 30% and prevent energy loss.
